Annika Bergen, Founder

While working in nonprofit communications, Annika saw firsthand the constant struggle to create meaningful content while balancing the rest of an organization’s work. She watched a startup spend millions on branding, with little leftover to hire writers. So she started dreaming of a place where small businesses, start-ups, and nonprofits could hire professional writers, without the high price tag of an agency. Annika brings over a decade of experience in content development for CEOs, startups, and nonprofits. She majored in writing at Southwest Baptist University, and her work has been published by Focus on the Family, Baker Books, and Zondervan.

Jenny Watters, Staff Writer

As a Wisconsin native, Jenny grew up in a large Irish family, where she regularly spent evenings listening to aunts and uncles exchange stories, trying to outdo each other with their gift of gab as they sipped on Irish Cream. From these early roots grew Jenny’s love for the power of story. She majored in English at the University of Wisconsin, with an emphasis in Creative Writing. Jenny has spent the past seven years working in content development and editing. She works with clients to develop content that strengthens their narrative, ensuring every word communicates their message.
